RYSQ consulted for this client for several years  as a building code consultant and owners rep while they rebranded and renovated  their innovative commercial building.

The creative design team is responsible for the overall design and construction execution of the space.

As owners rep, I helped build the right fit for the design team led by Vandeberg Architects, responsible for the Alteration at Chelsea Market in the early 2000s.

The project was truly a collaborative effort with the owner and designer to memorialize the artifacts of family pleating. business and restoring the gears from the original century old elevator to serve as sculptures to define the space is a unique way.
